So, let’s not upset AP by cutting and pasting, and just tell you very simply: Someone forgot to put away the hot dog supplies for the Phillie Phanatic‘s hot dog shooter thing before the game last night, and it turns out that, if you wrap up a bunch of hot dogs in white paper and duct tape and leave it behind, it totally looks like a bomb.
