I think this was one of Gabo Mendoza’s projects for CIM. Great design.

They also contributed Deep Packet Inspection for snooping as well as torrent throttling.

@timothyd4y, actually the Fan predates Gabo although the current design is definitely his interpretation. The Circular Fan has been around since early 2004.
