Philly Car Share BLOWS unless your under 25 years of age.
Just use a rental car agency and save yourself 30-40 beans per pop. You’ll have more than enough money to drop a measly $4-5 going the extra quarter mile (via SEPTA)to pick it up. At least you KNOW you have a parking spot at the end of the trip.
Citing Peak Oil to justify the gas charge was just pure icing on the cake.
