The guy, who writes for several different newspapers in the City, must have bought one of my greeting cards and scanned it.  He gave me photo credit but never asked me for permission. I&#039;m lazier than Brad and never tracked him down for an explanation. If you are reading this please sign a first edition copy and send me a copy of the book, and I&#039;ll consider it even (Photo on pg 89, taken from my balcony).
