Ramsey Firings Predictably Drive Philly Cops Insane Online
Well, there was going to have to be rancor and tantrums and freakouts somewhere, right? Upside: The Internet provides a great place for one (or many) to non-violently lose it when confronted with a crisis, as the Ramsey firings most certainly are. Downside: Domelights.com is a public forum, and anyone, anyone at all, can read it and be more sketched out by the Philly Police than they may already be. Because over there, there’s a whooooole lotta this:
Every active or retired Officer in Philly should buy as many weapons as possible as soon as possible, because the way the current administration is running this city we’re gonna need all the firepower we can get our hands on to protect our homes and families because real soon the POS will be running this city and the law-abiding people won’t have a chance, except to move out…
Note: “POS” is code for “Pieces of Shit,” who would conspire to be, uhm, running this city. Anyway, there’s seemingly not nearly enough of this:
the tape speaks for itself, you can’t defend the undefendable, I’m sorry to see the cops loose their jobs and have their lives turned upside down. I’m a cop myself and I looked at the tape trying to figure how they can articulate or justify what occured and I can’t find a reason. And if someone can please let me know and why?
Domelights, if we’ve never said it before, we’ve certainly thought it a million times: Might wanna make that forum register-only, guys. Just saying.

reading all of that honestly put the fear in me. these thugs are the folks protecting our city? i really fail to understand how anyone can fight crime with such an obvious lack of understanding of the law and the constitution.

puts the whole Nizah Morris story in a new light now, too.
