The war/drink argument is hackneyed, but it&#039;s still acceptable because drinking at 21 is a flatly bizarre law.  Placing the legal threshold to go to war/vote for President/have credit/go prison/buy and own pornography/etc lower than having a beer signifies some kind of confusion.
