Those guys are total bastards. First their service didn't work and then in exchange for my hardships they offered me 6 months for free. It's not free service if said service is non-existant! Then they had me rent their router; surprise that failed too. I promptly returned it and the bastards billed me for its value two months later(!!) Then I spoke with at least two people who said that erased it off my acount, but another month goes by and I get a call from a collections agency. I had never spoken to a collections agency before, OMG that guy had no soul whatsoever and deserves very bad things to happen to him. OH the hate in my heart... sue sue sue!
