We decided to add the green aspect in there and try to hit the same number to prove green can be done for little to no extra cost...I won&#039;t claim that $200-$250K is &quot;affordable&quot; for a huge number of people out there but it is less than half the price of other similar modern and green homes in the area being built. Ours will be the first LEED Platinum townhome in Philly and all of PA.
