Wawa Inc. is closing its store at 20th and Chestnut Streets on May 2, said store manager Gwen Harris. She said some workers would move to the Wawa at 21st and Hamilton. Wawa has closed five of its 10 Center City stores in recent years, the company told the Philadelphia Daily News in February.
