iPod ad overexposure aside, Feist has always been the most fun thing to drop into our laps from the Broken Social Scene family tree. Her breakthrough album The Reminder last year led to a string of Grammy noms and now this swanky show at the Academy of Music on Sunday April 27. And Miss Feist, being the truly cool soul she is, has brought along another Canadian songwriter who needs only one name: Hayden. You might remember dude from his 1996 video “Bad As They Seem,” then on heavy rotation on 120 Minutes. Well he’s still around, and in fact his new album In Field & Town is pretty fucking marvelous.
