Doc is giving out separate ballots in the white and black neighborhoods. White neighborhoods ballots only have him on it… black neighborhood ballots have him and Obama.

    Yeah, the Doc flyer on my front door this morning featured he and the junior senator from New York. Of course, I live near St. Monica’s and Girard Estates.
