Indeed, as brain-dead as SEPTA is with respect to the interface with its riders (e.g., helpfulness of employees, cleanliness and maintenance of stations and trains, etc.) and how unsurprised I’d be to see such an inane sign, alas it is not real. The photo was taken in the Toronto subway (“TTC” in the lower right corner of the ‘No Smoking’ sign stands for Toronto Transit Commission)
