I thought what Blackmail and djdeejay are pointing out were known issues. On top of the fancy shmancy new signaling system around the Foxwoods site talked about before Council last week, I swore a year ago Street or someone said everyone knew 95′s ramps would have to be reworked (i.e. torn down and rearranged) … he just wasn’t sure where the money was coming from since it wouldn’t be his problem.
