>>> Let’s bring it even closer to home: Uwishunu.com has released a compilation CD called Crossing Broad: Philly Music from the Inside Out, which features lots of bands written about often in these pages, and will be given freely to tourists who book GPTMC’s “Philly Like A Local” hotel package. One band on the CD we’d never heard before is The Extraordinaires; you can listen to a bunch of the tracks here, but The Extraordinaires’ leadoff track is so sweet and cute we had to post it here:
