Just so everyone knows, you can LEGALLY run over and hit anybody that is riding an ATV or dirt bike in the city limits. Police are unable to stop them because some how they can sue the city if an accident occurs. Officers have said it is in legal bounds for citizens to hit these assholes with their automobiles.
If you think, I Patricio, am joking just mozzy on down to your local PPD HDQ and find out for yourself.
Just don’t go on an ATV or I may have to hop in a Philly Car Share car and well…you know.

just walked out of the computer lab at Fairmount/17th. Police tape up, tv camera vans, crowds of people.
Philadelphia police just shot someone in the head. Dead person alleged to have pulled out gun first.

Little known PCS clause: “Using a Philly Car Share Vehicle as an instrument of anger and/or comeuppance may void your contract with Philly Car Share.”
Not sure what law P’s talking about. My guess is it’s the same law that makes motorists not at fault for hitting bicyclist in instances when said cyclist is not obeying traffic laws that apply to him or her whether her or she is a legit messenger or just a poser copping the look.
Blood: Did anyone hear a few days back about the police shooting a guy after he pulled a gun on them while being escorted off the Broad Street line for smoking between cars?
