Details:Like the great city itself, the Philadelphia Zoo knows a champ when it sees one! Beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30th, everyone who logs on to www.philadelphiazoo.org will be able to score a knock-out leading up to Valentine’s Day and relive the most romantic moment in Philadelphia film history when America’s first zoo debuts its new website-only commercial featuring the scene from “Rocky II” when Rocky proposes to Adrian. Under a special arrangement with the film’s producer and MGM, the Zoo’s Valentine’s Day “Rocky II” spot will be available to view on www.philadelphiazoo.org until midnight February 14th.
As holders of the torch for Jason Schwartzman’s mom — sorry, Jase, she’s the kind of babe we’ve been holding out for since we were in short pants — we are deeply offended by this cinematic graverobbery. Rest of the release after the jump.
