It all makes sense now, why he felt the need to dismantle the PHA last year because of corruption, he said. Yea he wanted to make sure he could appoint his own members, and then place himself at the head of the table. I do hope Nutter can kick his ass to the curb.

Street actually very quietly appointed himself to the PHA about 6 months ago. No one realized until this week, though.
