Pita Pocket at 16th and Chancellor, next to Kinko’s, is astonishing if you’re west of Broad in search of falafel. Sometimes they play ‘Earth Below Us’ by Peter Schilling on the sound system. If that isn’t enough, the falafel and kebabs are perfect.

There’s also the super surly falafel guy at 20th and market. $10 buys you the most delightfully bitchy lunch you can get from a truck.
