RocWiki has over 30K pages, and more than 2K registered users.As soon as I move to Philadelphia I setup PhilaWiki.org setup and running, but (alas) it's been pulling teeth to get folks involved in the ground level of this thing. If people really want to see an awesome city-wiki, PhilaWiki.org is there, and could use some loving.
