Vigilante Meteorologist Controlling Your Winter Small-Talk With MSPaint Imaging
We’ve never trusted a weatherman. It’s got something to do with watching them attempt to make the 6pm weather spot entertaining or the disappointment we feel anytime we see Glenn Schwartz without a bow tie on. Luckily, nothing has redefined “trust” like the blogosphere, and even meteorologists have turned to the HTML gods in search of a second source of modest to terrible income. NY NJ PA Weather Forecasts has published this year’s winter outlook, which sounds a lot more like an apocalypse than a weather report:
A very volatile winter can be expected with wild swings in temperatures from week to week, day to day, and even hour to hour. In short, hold on to your seat because this is going to be a bumpy ride.
As you can see from the image, expect squiggly finger-like fronts moving in from all directions along with thin red lines raining down on Greenland.

Hello!
I’m actually am the meteorologist behind the “datacasting site to the internet with reynold’s wrop antennae.” Actually, it’s more like those old VHS antennae, but no matter. (I can appreciate dry humor.)
Anyway, those squiggly finger-like fronts is the upper level pattern. Sure, it’s MS Paint, but the point is that we can expect a stormy winter for Philadelphia area. The red lines is warm air moving into Greenland, which forces cold air down towards the Great Lakes and Northeast. You know, those blue lines raining down on central Canada.
I can’t say I blame you for not trusting the meteorologist, especially some of those guys on TV. However, I welcome you or anyone else to test my abilities. It doesn’t hurt you, it’s free. So I welcome you to put me up to the challenge.
Sincerely,
Steven DiMartino
