This Evening: We’re Having A Jack Attack

jack>>> As mentioned every 90 seconds in the last 3 days, Jack Peñate plays Foggy Notion at Silk City tonight, and oh, the reasons you should go:

  • NME: “The live stage is undoubtedly where Peñate excels.”
  • Broadzilla called. They want your drunk self back.
  • Speaking of, Silk is rocking $2 High Life/PBRs and $3 pints of Lager these days. Cover is just $5. So: $20 bucks total will get you in, hammered and then fired tomorrow.

    • We could go on, and in fact, we have. We’ll see you there, then? Doors at 9pm, Jack onstage at 11pm, Broadzilla spins records throughout. And then we announce the next Foggy Notion tomorrow.

      no jack panate ref. here (oops) just a general “ugh” at silk.
      burn those godawful velvet paintings that glow in the dark and i may just consider going back to silk. it looks like a hippy from the mid-90’s designed the place.
