(Metaphorically speaking, of course. We don’t want to upset the Cheerios people.) This serving of “Get bent” from the higher court is bit of a landmark case, then, proving that while American citizens are in fact free to pursue frivolous lawsuits against those that may repeatedly clown their asses online, said lawsuits are usually destined for failure and unless you’re sitting on a huge pile of blueberry money, it’s kind of a waste of time.
