A date has been set for Liberty Property Trust to formally “top off” Comcast Center, a 58-story skyscraper the company is constructing at 17th Street and John F. Kennedy Boulevard in Center City Philadelphia.

The topping off ceremony is scheduled for June 18. Liberty (NYSE:LRY) officials had previously anticipated the topping off to happen sometime in May. The project broke ground in January 2005 and will be completed next spring.

In related news, executives are currently in talks with a number of area “relaxation spas” about providing a happy ending/ribbon-cutting ceremony.
