WXPN Philly Local Show Pays Tribute to 40th Anniversary of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band

WHAT: Helen Leicht, will be presenting the WXPN PHILLY LOCAL LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND live, in full Sgt. Pepper period costumes, at World Cafe Live. The show will be broadcast on WXPN the following week at 9pm on Tuesday, June 12th .

WHO: Featuring Fooling April, Andrew Lipke, Matt Duke, Mutlu, Blue Sinatra, Jim Boggia, Bebek & Kufie Knotz and others. Andrew Lipke, Blue Sinatra, and Fooling April will begin the show each with a 20-minute set of original material. Then Fooling April will be the “house” band as a rotating cast of artists perform Sgt. Pepper’s in its entirety.

Egad, man. Now we now how many ‘holes it takes to fill the World Cafe Live.
