Tasty Baking Co. will relocate its manufacturing and corporate headquarters to a tax-free zone at the Philadelphia Navy Yard and will receive $32.6 million in low-interest loans from the state and city to support the move. The company plans to eliminate 215 employees as part of its relocation.

[...]Tasty’s new headquarters building is set for completion in the middle of 2009. Tasty said in a statement that it anticipates to be fully operational at the Navy Yard by 2010. It signed a 26-year lease on the baking facility.
