Love it, but disappointed about Spidey ducking into Wendy’s. I figure he’d want to try out Five Guys.

Since when is being in costume a potentially arrestable offense? Cops are just mad ’cause Spidey’s puttin’ ‘em out of work.

Actually, it is against the law to wear a mask in Philly. The law — based a Southern law forbidding the wearing of KKK hoods — was enacted by City Council in 2000 right before the Republican National Convention came to town. The reason the law was passed here was to make it an arrestable offense for the Anarchist Black Block to cover their faces during protests. [Although, I bet the cop doesn't know about this law and was just harassing Spidey for fun.]

from what the copper said, he was complaining about Spidey hanging from the roof beams, not being Spidey or wearing the costume…
but i love the cynical ‘lemme see you climb a building’ comment … Ahhhh Philly :)
