"Well Tom, you did have the highest showing in the primary, but if we take all the other candidates and lump them as 'anyone but Tom Knox' you lose, I'm sorry." It'd be pretty....Curious, but too lazy to beat the info out of the Committee of 70 myself, can a candidate actually win with less than a quarter of the vote in the primary, or is there some sort of run off system allowed? If the big K takes it, can any of the "losers" pull a Lieberman, but in a good way? I'm guessing Fattah may be the only guy with the money to do that.
