The city completely forgot about it and really don&#039;t know officially how many such shelters existed or are still locked up.  Wonder if &quot;promoters&quot; out there are going to go digging into the city archives for civil defense maps for less obvious locations....But if you want the party to be on the up and up, you got to go through the _former_ property mgr for the access.  Exactly why does the former manager still have the keys?  Think maybe he could make copies for some of the homeless who live in the City Hall station?  I&#039;m pretty sure they&#039;d take the crackers w/o peanut butter.
