Poll: Is Philebrity Jinxing The Phils?
As you may already know, after last night’s heartbreaker, the Phillies are now dead last in the National League. Now, we’ve made no secret about how psyched we had been for the Phils this season, and rather than cast our anger outward — altho, for real, Manuel needs to go — let us pause for a moment of introspection and soul-searching. For it was a comment on yesterday’s Phillies post that stopped us dead in our tracks, when reader Jon Solomon wondered aloud:
What’s the Philies’ win/loss record since Philebrity changed its logo?
Oh God. No. It cannot be. To answer the question, we threw the ’70s-era Phils’ “P” up as a show of support on the day of the home opener. Currently, the Phils are a staggering 3-10, and every loss just hurts more. If it’s us, we’ll drop the P straight away, so we’re leaving it up to you. We have no ego about about this. We just want some wins. Philadelphia, if this be a curse, let us bring about the antidote.
We anxiously await your response.

If you think this website has the hustle to further jinx this franchise you’re ego is getting the better of you.. This team is born to lose, this and every year. 3 blips in over one hundred years.
