The attached photos are from surveillance footage from an office building he is suspected of burglarizing twice. The suspect is seen in the surveillance footage using an unknown device to quickly circumvent the locking mechanism in the double-glass doors. He appears to be very familiar with the office buildings and finding his way around each building.

Subject: Laptop Theft Alert

The suspect in the attached photographs is wanted in a series of laptop
thefts in several Center City office buildings from March through April
1st of this year. If you see this individual please notify 911
immediately. The suspect has tentatively been identified as Timothy
Cuthbert and he has several outstanding warrants unrelated to the
thefts. An affidavit has been submitted in relationship to burglaries at
105 N. 22nd Street.

The suspect is approximately 5′7″, 170 lbs, has brown hair, brown eyes,

The police believe the suspect enters the building with an empty laptop
computer case in which to put the stolen laptops. It is believed that he
