What I really want to know is why I’ve never been to a bar called Bottoms Up…

    Who was rejected?

Any word of who the rest of the list might be that’s still pending?

I know 2 gay bars that have applied but no word yet on what happened with that.

Of course, in South Philly… under the cover of darkness… it’s always safe.
