Readers Photoshop: The Philadelphia Parking Authority Must Die. Again.
last night my girlfriend and i spent almost 2 hrs at the Phila. Parking Authority’s impound lot at columbus and oregon (convenient location, huh?). her car was towed from arch street by the convention center(sign said no parking after 4pm. car was towed at 4:01pm along with every other car on the block)… needless to say the whole process is a clusterfuck…not all negative though. on the bright side, i came up with a new logo for the PPA to use.
Those are some spicy Liberty Balls, dawg!

why does philadelphia have a testicle fascination? next thing you know we’re going to have t-shirts that say “Liberty Balls” or some such blathering. i say it’s the mammary’s turn.

come on, everyone who drives in this city knows thats how it is. you park in one of those “no parking after X/tow zone” spots and you can expect to be towed promptly at that time. not that the parking authority doesnt suck, but you did admit you were parked in a tow zone. just look at the signs and stop whining!
