The Smoking Ban You Can Smoke Along To: Now With More Venues In Which To Smoke!

City councilman Frank DiCicco, who sponsored the measure, says one change will let smaller taverns — those making less than 20 percent of their revenue from food — apply for a permanent, rather than temporary, exemption.

The original measure allowed a temporary exemption for bars making less than 10 percent of their income from food.

    i think they should have gone with my version of the smoking ban … “the less teeth at the bar, the more cigarettes allowed”
