PHILADELPHIA - A man suspected of robbing five women at gunpoint over the past two weeks ordered some of them to remove their shoes so he could touch their toes, authorities said.

The serial attacker’s foot fetish was the newest development in a case that began with a reported assault on Nov. 18. All told, five women ages 21 to 55 have reported being robbed and groped by the man, mostly during the early morning hours in the downtown area.

[...]One victim said the assailant put a gun to her head, took her money and ATM card, and forced her into an alley. There, she said, he kissed her, groped her and forced her to take off her boots so he could touch her feet.

It is confounding to us to think that this guy’s actually still on the loose. He looks like ET and takes the time to play footsie with his victims. How hard can he be to find?
