We filed a lawsuit challenging the Gaming Act today.

Wahoo!

Irv Acklesburg was so cute, Rev. Jesse Brown was all fire and brimstone, Jethro Heiko was his NABR-ly self, Matt Ruben kicked some ass, and Ralph Wynder bitch-slapped the weany-ass state legislature.

Mad props to everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to get this done.

Our first PFC lawsuit! (even though we aren’t named) But all the same, WAHOO.

Cheers,
Anne

I wish Ann would drop this, very upsetting.

The filing will be available on the http://www.casinofreephila.org website soon. In addition, sign up for Operation Transparency. It is one thing to say you want to reform government, it is another thing to reform it. Join Operation Transparency and spread the word to your friends. Great work today Anne and the rest of the team and of course the lawyers who really did a great job preparing the suit.
