World Laughs Derisively As NJ School District Throws Off Halloween

New Jersey school district cancels its Halloween parades because of concerns tied to the Amish school shootings.Gloucester Township has called off eight outside Halloween parades for elementary schools because school superintendent Thomas Seddon believes the traditional pageants can’t be safely guarded.
In a recent letter sent home to parents, Seddon wrote, “since the October 2nd shooting in the quiet Amish school in Lancaster County, there has been a heightened alertness regarding school security. No one can predict when or where these kinds of tragedies will occur nor can any institution create a 100 percent fail safe system.”
You know, what with Gloucester Township being at the heart of the whole Amish/child molester/Columbine thing. If we may speak to you directly, Mr. Seddon: You, sir, are a fucking idiot, part of large cabal, we believe, who unknowingly will trade freedom for fear every and any time the deal is proffered. If we had it within our powers, sir, we would deport you (but to where?) without thinking twice about it. As it happens, though, you already seem to live in a metaphysical Amish/child molester/Columbine hell of the mind, and it’s there you shall stay, fearmongering in place of taking the time to understand and calculate risk in the modern world. But please don’t take these poor kids down with you, sir. They’re already at a disadvantage; they’re growing up in New Jersey.

I think school superintendent Thomas Seddon has his work cut out for him safeguarding his house from TP and eggs this year.
