Hey, man, remember the Unicorns? Wow I really disliked that band. A LOT. For those not in the know, the Unicorns were essentially what you got when you crossed the Elephant 6 scene with, um, Carrot Top. That’s right. Prop comedyrock. Oh well, they got points for trying. And when they morphed into Islands ‚Äî go ahead, just click it, there’s music and instant gratification ‚Äî no one could have known the majestic, glacial pop that awaited. As it happens, Islands play tomorrow night (10/11) at the TLA. And El Capitan’s got a pile of tickets.
