Lately, we’ve been gettin’ a little jammy ’round here. Is it OK to say that? Like, earlier in the summer, we went down to Ocean City for some Mack And Manco, and right outside at the Music Pier, there were some dudes grooving “China Cat Sunflower” out in the sandy sun. We dug it. And, like, the other night? We couldn’t sleep, so we popped in this? And oh man, it was divine. Anyway, we hear Gomez are the jam band you can jam to and not feel like you’re some North Jersey Hippie Of Privelege. So, you know, we have an open mind. They’re playing the TLA this Sunday night with our old pal Matt Pond PA, who is not jammy. Like, at all. But we haven’t seen Mr. Pond in a while, either, and since he did pull us out of riptide once as we were drowning, hey, dude is due. Speaking of, the MPPA website has a bunch of mp3′s worth grabbing.
