Your days were numbered weeks ago, now they near the negative, as suhhhmmertime take its last stand and prepares to extricate itself from your sweaty hold. The better of you have solidified yourselves with conditioned air and connected the back of your skulls to the blogosphere with a USB. There’s always a handful of outdoorsy types who sought relief in hydration and went on the drink, pissing away vacation time with drunken texting. To which we say: No drinking and texting! Take the oath.
What we have for you now, in late August panic, is a small offering. Series 1021 Block Party: Tell all your friends. Kidnap yourself to get here. And when ye come, we will not turn ye away. There are no pearly gates in block party heaven. Just righteous tunes, youth-preserving Vitamin elixir, and the best of ways to go out this summer.
