Richette said she was parked at the corner of 20th and Spruce streets waiting for her son to rent a movie when a woman, who apparently thought the judge had hit her vehicle, came up to Richette and attacked her.“I was parked in front of Video City when out of nowhere, I feel a blow to my head.
