More late-breaking stuff: We’re reporting that Philly vampire-core legends Ink & Dagger have settled their lawsuit with Microsoft. The skinny: One day, I&D drummer Ryan McLaughlin discovered this really cool snowboarding game for X-Box called “Amped.” To the extreme! Anyway, he’s playing and he’s like, wow, this is kind of funny, there are THREE INK & DAGGER SONGS included on this game, and none of us were ever told about it. Which also meant that they weren’t paid for it, either. Bad Microsoft. Silly, stupid Microsoft. Now you pay or Hulk SMASH! The deal was, of course, a cash settlement, the terms of which are confidential. Says attorney Conor Corcoran, “Everybody’s happy.”
