Ahem. We need your help on this one, dear readers. When was the last time PW’s Heroes & Goats was verifiably funny? Must have been the 90s. Maybe. We’ve done a power search on our data banks and came up with…not so much: sub-Leno yuck-raking, Entertainment Weekly me-too-isms and enough kneejerk white liberal guilt to fill a Kangol cap. But our records only go back as far as the Y2K switchover. Anyone’s institutional memory go back farther?
