The Pinnacle site is by far the largest site. It is farthest from any residential neighbors, and it is closest to the current and future 95 ramps. Neither Sugar House, nor River Walk have enough on site space to queue a large number of cars waiting to enter a parking facility. This is a huge concern, especially for the River Walk site which is located on an already problematic intersection. Can you imagine what would happen on Spring Garden Street with cars waiting to enter the River Walk site backing up for blocks, as well as all of the cars waiting to make the left to get to 95?
