This is what we’re hearing, and after trying to vet it out with several real estate contacts, we are forced to admit: We still don’t quite know if Jay-Z just bought a block of North American Street, somewhere most likely in sunny South Kensington. Some folks aren’t talking, some just don’t know and still others ask the same thing we do: “Why on Earth would Jigga circle his wagons in the middle of New Beard County?” The mind wobbles, but you know what? It always does in this, the Greatest City On Earth.
