There are indeed waterless toilets:
I had a really interesting conversation about them with the State of Colorado’s Department of Licensing and Regulation Plumber Board about a year ago. They were talking about introducing them into the licensing tests, because more and more big office complexes are going that way in the CO. They didn’t put them on the tests, though, because it hadn’t been determined if you had to be a plumber to put them in.
And yet, I can’t remember my mother’s birthday…
