Our UPS man is the shit. Real nice guy, but God-damn, he has the total cop-knock. WHOMP WHOMP WHOMP! And we’re always like, “Destroy the computers! What we do is SECRET!” And then we go to the door, and it’s Ol’ Brownie, meanwhile, Jersey Dan just took a hatchet to my girlfriend’s eMac and we’re like fuuuuuuuuuuuck. But today we double-lucked out: We saved the computers and we got the new Diplo remix of “Gold Lion” by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, just in time to leak the shit out of that shit for the weekend. (As DJ Funk #49 says, “The mpaa’s biggest weakness is the weekend!” No idea what Matt Pond PA has to do with the weekend, but whatever.) Anyhoo, check it: Diplo totally makes this Yeah Yeah Yeah’s song sound like a cross between “Egyptian Lover” and something off the Breakin’ soundtrack. We don’t know what to make of this. Tell you one thing, tho: As soon as we put it on, the Robot Dancing Guy from Chappelle’s Show turned up and started doing his thing. We gave him an ice cold can of Coke and he was so grateful. It was very sweet. But you be the judge:
