We hear Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony will be a surprise guest at tonight’s DeBella DeBall at the Cherry Hill Hilton (2349 W. Marlton). The party, hosted by 102.9 WMGK’s John DeBella, starts at 7. Tix are available today at the station: One Bala Plaza, Suite 339. Also today, from 11 a.m to 2 p.m., Anthony will be at Hard Rock Cafe (12th & Market) promoting his BBQ sauces.
We just can’t figure it out: In ‘85, zany cheeseballs with a little meat on the bone and wacky facial hair were all the rage. In ‘05, well, I guess we’ll just have to see what the vibe in Cherry Hill is really like.
