Alright, this is getting a little ridiculous, as the NYT continues its Chinatown bus blitzkreig. There must have really been not much going on in New York this weekend at all, for here they are, posotively trolling NoLibs for trace elements of NY’s own rapidly vanishing cool. N. 3rd! Standard Tap! Honey’s Sit-and-Eat! Oh, all these and more spots, blown up! Kablooey! And let us not forget our most shining 718 expat ó†no, silly, not Jessica Pressler! ó it’s Matt Pond. Indeed, Matty gets the “A Night Out With…” treatment which is funny because anyone who’s ever actually had a night out with Matt Pond knows that, um, it’s not usually like this. And this is definitely a case where the NYT should have reconnected with its inner Blair and printed the legend. Sigh. Yankees go home already.
