This Thanksgiving, your plan is probably very similar to ours: Wake up at 5am to go freeze our asses off holding down a primo viewing spot on the BF Parkway to watch 12 marching bands, a bunch of depressed people dressed in cartoon costumes and the few B-list celebs Philly could muster up trot down the street. Personally, we may have to take a raincheck on that plan, what with the mean hangover we’ll be nursing from our very own Turkey Jam the night before. But we still wonder: Doesn’t Tony Danza have a family? Shouldn’t he be cooking Angela a turkey for 6 hours straight? Why is he coming here on Thanksgiving Day? Did Danza, Kelly Ripa (TV Host), Aaron Carter (Alleged Heartthrob), Ruben Studdard (Contest Winner) and Kelly Monaco (?) all get together and say, “Hey, we could spend Thanksgiving with our families, but then where would Philadelphia be without us?” Or maybe they need the paychecks? Either way, what a way to waste your holiday.
