The U.S. Attorney’s Office yesterday asked a federal judge to order City Councilman Rick Mariano to submit to a psychiatric or psychological examination.
The request says federal prosecutors do not know if Mariano, indicted on Oct. 25 with five friends on corruption charges, “suffers from a mental disease or defect which may render him mentally incompetent to stand trial.”

It’s just one insult after another in the life of Rick Mariano. To which we say: Listen you fuckers, you screwheads. Here’s a man who would not take it anymore.
